I acknowledge that any base, other than one built to the specification of the manufacturer, is regarded as unsuitable for my garden building.

I would like to and am in a legal position to confirm to the Service team that my base meets all of the requirements set out above. I understand that should this information be incorrect and the Service team arrive to discover that my base is not suitable for works to be carried out, then I may be charged in full but the assembly may not go ahead.

I acknowledge that the service being carried out, does not deem the base to be compliant with the manufacturers specification and any issues arising as a direct result of an improper foundation are not a result of a defective product or incorrect construction. I also understand these issues will not be covered by either the manufacturer, retailer, or assembly service provider’s warranty or guarantee and no return visits or maintenance will be applicable.
